3-Days, 2-Nights Accomodations
I"At Camp Cicero, your registration includes comfortable accommodations for 3 days and 2 nights in rustic camp cabins, surrounded by the beautiful outdoors. Each cabin can house up to 12 participants, creating a cozy environment perfect for team bonding. Please note that bedding is not provided, so bring along a pillow and either a sleeping bag or a blanket and bedsheet for your bed.
Coach Accomodations
Coaches at Camp Cicero enjoy comfortable accommodations in private staff cabins, separate from student housing, with access to shared common areas perfect for relaxing and connecting with other coaches. Each school’s first two coaches attend for free, provided they share a room and are available to serve as judges throughout the tournament. This setup ensures coaches have a quiet retreat and a supportive space for networking, while contributing to the competition as valued judges. Additional coaches are welcome to join at a reduced rate, with similar accommodations and access to all camp amenities.
6 all-you-can-eat meals
Your registration at Camp Cicero includes 6 delicious all-you-can-eat meals served in the camp dining hall, ensuring you’re fueled and ready for each day’s activities. From Friday dinner through Sunday lunch, you’ll enjoy a variety of hearty options crafted to satisfy everyone’s tastes. Each meal is designed to be nutritious, filling, and perfect for refueling between competition rounds and camp activities.
Camp Activities Access
Participants will have full access to camp activities during their downtime, including hiking trails, sports fields, and the campfire area. This allows everyone to relax, unwind, and enjoy the camp atmosphere between tournament rounds, enhancing the overall experience without extra cost.
2 prelim rounds, 1 final round
At Camp Cicero, each competitor is guaranteed two preliminary rounds on Saturday for every event they enter, ensuring ample opportunity to perform and improve. The top performers will advance to a final round on Sunday, giving them a chance to showcase their skills on a larger stage. This structure offers a fair, exciting competition experience, with plenty of opportunities for growth and celebration of talent.
Flexible Event Entry
Our tournament features 3 event patterns, allowing teams with two coaches or judges to enter up to 10 events per pattern. This setup provides flexibility and makes it easier for teams to participate across a wide range of events. For teams wishing to exceed this limit, we offer the option to bring additional judges at a reduced rate or to pay for extra hired judges through the tournament, ensuring ample coverage for all entries.
